The room was elegant and quiet with great view, I had a good rest. Everything was well-maintained, including a very very good and super breakfast choice. All the staff was lovely, tackled my issues.

Well heated and new-fashioned rooms available with bathroom, comfortable bed, the air circulation. Absolutely superb and delicious breakfast for vegetarians and with COURTEOUS staff. Location next to Tromso town centre, and the bridge.

Location near to the Tromsø old cathedral, the pier of Hurtigruten, and bus stops, ferry terminal. Nearby Sky Bar - great place to chill out.

Food was fine and I stayed in the standard queen room, it was huge. Amazingly nice and super-friendly staff, provided information if needed.

Make sure you stay in the family room with an amazing view. It offers a magnificent, unbeatable location.

The vegetarian breakfast here was plentiful and enjoyable, and the location was ideal, just a short distance from a fascinating arctic aquarium.

Generous sized unit with a nice decor. Rich breakfast, a huge variety of options available. Perfect and exceptionally nice location in shopping area, close enough to buses, the restaurants, bars, the harbour and most tour collection points and the bridge and the sea. Perfect base for exploring Tromso.

Beds were a bit too soft.

The staff is caring, the services are top-notch with a delicious variety of food choices, the rooms are bright and tidy, and the bathrooms are also clean.

The hotel is in an amazing location next to the Cathedral in the heart of the city with extra care from the lovely staff.

The location here is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful cathedral. The rooms are stylish and very spacious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Tromso. I could easily walk everywhere and explore all the attractions. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch and kept the room nice and warm. The service at this place was excellent and I appreciated the free waffles, tea, and coffee. The staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries. I also found the room amenities to be great, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. I had a wonderful experience here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ideal place with pleasant stuff and great food. Large breakfast with plenty of meals. Good and fab location, bars and cafés walking distance to the hotel. Found in a good area, walking distance to a cathedral and a church.
